In 2015 my husband and I bought our first home. It was an exciting and anxious time for us (I was also pregnant during this time). Roseann made the process so calm and pleasant for us. She was very responsive and answered my one million and one questions without ever giving me the impression she was annoyed or bothered. I suffer from severe anxiety and she made me feel at ease through the whole process. For someone with anxiety that is huge to us. So When My husband was approached by police officers for "trespassing" on a neighbor’s property (which was actually our property) it was a no brainer who we would call! Kitson and Schuyler P.C.! For this case we had Peter who was also very responsive and reassuring to us both. He was very professional and profoundly serious or direct! A no-nonsense Lawyer! My husband was freed of all charges and the neighbor was told to take their property off our property. In April of 2020 we were devastated by a Garage fire which took all my husband’s tools and a lot of our personal belongings as we do not have an attic or a basement. We were in constant back and forth with the insurance company who was making us jump through a million hoops. After contacting Peter, the hoops went away! We received the compensation we deserved thanks to Peter! After our fire we were robbed. Someone stole my husband’s new chainsaw, and we contacted the police. Peter worked very closely with the police and the DA! He was in constant communication with us every step of the way! The DA also informed me of how excellent our lawyer was! I was pleased to hear this from someone else's point of view, especially a DA! They all worked together and were able to locate and return our Chainsaw! We were blessed! In August of 2020 we started our own business and we called Kitson & Schuyler P.C. to make sure we dotted our I's and crossed out T’s properly. Roseann was highly informative and made sure everything was done properly and helped us become incorporated. No matter where life takes us when we need a Lawyer Kitson and Schuyler P.C. will always be our 1st choice! If I could give zero stars I would, we contacted Peter a year ago in October. We had to BEG him to call us back, which he did a couple of times. We couldn't get any feedback on our case, he was non responsive, we even called his wife. I consider this the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced. We sent email, called and since we live in Texas we couldn't physically go to his office. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Both attorneys are genuinely good people, and their goal is always to get things resolved with a minimum of fuss, as opposed to court and a trial. My experience with lawyers is vast, and I can't stomach 99% of them, but Roseann and Peter are ones that give the profession a good name.

I phoned Peter Schuyler to find out if he could help me with a civil case I had hoped to bring. He listened patiently to my explanation, shared his opinion on the facts that I outlined, and advised me to consider small claims court instead of attempting to seek damages from a civil suit. While we didn't end up working together, he's clearly a level-headed pro who was generous enough provide his opinion.
