Klaus Law Office

Made an appointment 1 week ago. Came to the address listed on web site today for an appointment and was surprised that the office moved to another town. Called the office to figure out what's going on - they told me that my appointment was cancelled anyway because representative must attend a court. "Perfect client oriented" business. I spent 1.5 hours driving one way to the wrong address for cancelled appointment and they didn't even called me to say that appointment was cancelled and office was relocated. Would not recommend this to anyone.

When my sister retired she saw Warren Klaus for end of life documents will, transfer of assets such as her condo, vehicle, advance directives and power of attorney. Warren was very helpful explaining all the options for handling her estate. He provided her the legal basis for making these decisions with both professional and compassion. My experience was very bad with this agency. It is interesting that both Attorney Warren Klaus and his receptionist exhibit similar behavior. I found both of them to be abrasive and condescending. They may be very knowledgeable in what they do but they both should work on their people skills. Attorney Warren Klaus may be knowledgeable and all but man you gotta drop that attitude and condescending tone a bit. Given your experience, you have so much to give back to this society in terms of your knowledge, don't let your attitude ruin your legacy.
