Justin Eldreth has great grasp of business law and corporate law. Justin is easy to work with and provides a friendly service to business owners looking to get started. I refer my clients to Justin for their legal needs in their business whether just starting out or have been in business for years. I highly recommend Eldreth Law Firm, PLLC.
Anybody who is facing eviction should in my personal opinion HOPE to be as lucky as we were that their landlord/landlady hires Brian J. Register from this firm. I would love to congratulate Brian J. Register, Esq in my personal opinion for the incompetent way that he handled his client/my ex landlady's eviction case against our family. First of all, it would of been prudent to wait until AFTER the month that we had just paid rent was OVER before filing for the eviction. First eviction paperwork was filed on June 30 when we had already paid rent for that month. News flash you can't file an eviction when the tenant has paid rent for that month and the landlady had accepted the rent payment. Secondly when filing for an eviction, the tenants should be given the proper notice and be told to vacate the correct address. As a lawyer, the notice to vacate being mailed to the correct address on Kinton Drive but the letter stating that the tenant should move out of an address that they've never lived at in other words the existing landlady's address on Old Stage Road than yes that's incompetence. Those are the 2 major times that Brian J. Register, Esq messed up in the eviction cases against us. We're glad to have this case behind us and never deal with any of the opposing parties ever again. By the way, if the person reading this is facing eviction, I'd highly suggest reading up on Google for the simple steps that the eviction process SHOULD include. Also look up your rights as a tenant in North Carolina. For example, your landlord/landlady needs to give you 24 hour notice before coming into your home for an inspection etc. Oh another thing it's illegal for your landlady/landlord to use a drone to picture/video the property that you are renting from your landlord/landlady. You have the 4th amendment right to be secure in your property and papers from illegal seizures that includes from your landlord/landlady.
Eldreth Law has been a great, simple firm to work with for our small business (Etsy/freelance). They got our LLC transferred from FL to NC, act as our registered agent and file our annual review. It's nice to know nothing will slip through the cracks with them on our side. Highly recommend!
From our first meeting with Matt Huffman to our last moment in court today, working with Eldreth Law Firm and Matt Huffman has been a positive experience with outstanding results.
Justin and his team are fantastic with business law. Every transaction is swift and creates ease and clarity.
