Doug and Maggie are great people. I found them to be fair on both sides of each argument. Doug is very knowledgeable in the work he does! Both are very easy to talk to and made a very hard, unpleasant experience, easier for me. I would use them in the future and recommend them to others!

Paid retainer. Got nothing out of it with little effort from Mr. Kluver yet all my retainer somehow got used up. Had questions regarding my extended punishment. Left 3 messages with his Para with full description, and my calls were never returned. Unbelievable. UPDATE: I received an email from a Kluver admin (also named Kluver) threatening to post the details of my DUI (which are incredibly embarrassing) because of my critical review. Well, to save her the trouble, I had a .255 BAC. It was my 2nd. However my only legal infraction in a decade. I hadn't had so much as a seat belt ticket before that. That said, she swore they called me back and that I was lying, until she showed me the call log and they called the wrong number, AND it's been 11 weeks since my trial and I still haven't received any refund for my retainer she said I would be getting... strangely her emails stopped.

Mr.Kluver was my court appointed Attorney for a case, He never gave me any advice, Just had me admit fault before my court date. He never showed up to court, Just did it over video. He said nothing the whole time. At the end he just agreed with the judge. The secretary, Kellee seems to be disorganized and never returns my calls or messages. But when it comes to me making a payment she's on it. haha. Take my advice friend and put a retainer down and spend a little more on a real Attorney.
