Horrible representation. I had to correct the lease they charged $700 for, did nothing at trial or damage hearing. Told me the date was continued and it was not so I was late. Basically did nothing and out of pocket I had to pay $1400 and should have recieved several thousand from. Tenant. They got beat by a public defender that took the case that day. The eviction was a gimme and they didn’t do anything. Now there support team was amazing but Mr Bailey was out to lunch .

Mr. Koch took time to discuss our case, over the phone, for a good amount of time especially since we are out-of-state. He promptly responded to emails and phone messages to address the many concerns we had along the way (and we had a lot!). He informed us of all potential courses that could take place and he prepared well for the case. We felt very informed about what was occurring and why. His attention to our concerns, along with his reasonable rate, is well worth a five-star rating!
