I lost my apartment, and home, of 13 years with this firm. I was degraded, belittled, lied to, insulted, and “not represented properly” as those were the judges words. Save your sanity and stay away. If the owner doesn’t like you she will ruin your life without remorse. I lost my case because she never returned my phone call, or opposing counsels phone call. Hence, I was not represented properly. Because she didn’t return phone calls, opposing counsel filed another motion in court. Then she put a lawyer on my case who was losing his license after my case. They will call you at 8PM and tell you to be in court the next day at 8AM. Like I said it’s personal. If she doesn’t like you, she will not care. When I was teary eyed in the office due to the stress and also losing my father a few months prior, which is how I ran behind on rent, I was told life happens and to get a therapist. No compassion. My landlords son took over and bullied me out of my rent control apartment and she promised it wouldn’t be on my record. Then told me whoops not with this case. (?) I spent $100 on photograph evidence that was never used once. I am thankful for karma because I know she will get hers. Stay away. Exercise your rights with someone who will have your back and act professional.

2010 landlord screwed me some $$rent didn't know what to do.started getting stressed out and looked for help couldn't afford private lawyer.found out need to understand eviction process and consequences, E.D.network gave opportunities to learn and to put time and interest. Met great people and people in worst situations. In 2 weeks learned some ups and downs.I won my eviction case and some time and $.unfortunately every recessions we go through hardiness and eviction situations. Today 09/30/2022 didn't afford private lawyer.found used what I learned 13 yrs ago was ready almost a fryed fish in court met Elena plaintiff council wanted to settle outside breaking my plans and dreams,I had enough evidence but didn't know when to use them.God helped when I saw Elena Popp .she was so busy with docen of cases gave my a try and fair enough Elena saved me and my pets momentarily. We still fighting will find out later what will happened. Thanks for letting me breathe and reorganize myself.God blessed everyone and thanks.

Called to ask if they knew where I could go for clear breakdown of the Covid rental eviction protections in 2022, was told she wasn’t an attorney & couldn’t help me. I asked again if there was any website I could look at that would explain the protections & she instead told me to get advice someplace else. I tried to explain I wasn’t looking for advice & asked “so there’s nowhere I can go to see the 2022 Covid rental eviction laws?” & she said no. I was genuinely shocked & said okay thank you & she immediately hands up. This seems like basic information someone here should know. Every response was curt. Never called here before but definitely will never call again.

Elena Popp and Danielle ( one of her assistants) did an amazing job with my dad eviction case. Elena is so professional and passionate about what she does, I followed her webinars and did her one of one consultation and she's amazing. Most of the time I was in contact with Danielle and honestly she's a geame, always answered the email and always ready to help. I hope all the tanents in need during this hard time can have help from them.

Worst experience ever!! In 3 months of sending them info never got a clear response from them but changing case managers and kept asking for the same information. Got no help at ALL from them If i could give 0 stars i would! You been warned!
