Absolutely Wonderful!!! My experience with my Car Accident Lawyer at DeFeo & Kolker, LLC was nothing less than excellent, my attorney was caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. I had never needed a lawyer in this capacity before so the whole process was new to me. When I did have questions, his responses were always very thoughtful and thorough. My case was an extremely complicated case that an previous lawyer had steered away from, but Brent seemed to embrace the challenge. He and his team were able to sort out every roadblock that came up in this case successfully and I don’t think most attorneys would have the experience, ability, or fight to do so. The outcome was even better than I had ever hoped for! I would recommend him highly. If you need a real competent lawyer in the Saint Louis City/County area this is the best choice! They helped me fight my case, and I couldn’t thank them enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend Scott for any reason. My case took 2 1/2 years to settle, and even then it settled for very little. Communication was awful even after asking multiple times to be kept informed. I was the one who was always having to ask for more information about what was going on with my case and then suddenly he would have information, but was never forthcoming with information. I was sent to multiple private doctors to get independent medical exams and then the cost of said medical appointments was taken out of the final settlement without one word to me that is how it would be done. He was lazy and did not seem to really fight for my case. I asked him multiple times to settle my case so I could be done and move on from my case, but every time something new came up at court or I was asked to get another exam done by a different doctor. The doctors all said the same thing and I was very frustrated by the end of it. I was also sent a bill that should’ve been covered by workman’s comp 4 separate times and was threatened with it being sent to collections. I had to ask multiple times that it be taken care of when I shouldn’t have received a bill in the first place. The whole situation makes it seem as though it’s not even worth pursuing a workman’s case at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid multiple headaches and go to a different lawyer.
