If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! THEY LITIGATED MY SONS CASE AND GUESS WHAT THEY CLAIM AMOUNT OWED TO HIM IS.........ZERO!! NOTHING! WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF A LAWDUIT THAT ONLY SERVED TO PUT MONEY IN THEAW CRIMINALS POCKETS!!!!! I AM GOING TO CONTACT EVERY NEWS OUTLET,BBB,ATTORNEY BOARD ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN!!! THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!!!!!

A senior citizen and veteran who I work with says the same thing about this firm, they are trying to trick and cheat him, this is man who served his country for 2 years during war times and worked all his life, Applebaum law office has had no communication with him other telling him about bills that don't match the service that was rendered, they called and called him after his accident telling him they can help him, after numerous attempts to solicit him, Mr. Malone being a vulnerable veteran and senior citizen, believed they would help him get a fair deal but that's not what they have done for him. Mr. Malone had insurance he was struck by a vehicle that caused him to strike another vehicle, after numerous attempts to contact the police they never responded to the accident scene, Mr. Malone even went to the police station and reported the accident in person. Mr. Malone asked Applebums to sue the state of Michigan but they decided to sue his insurance company, they cheated his caregiver outta of money, Injuries that Mr. Malone sustained aren't evening being addressed, Mr Malone says the physical therapy he receive made matters worst but his Attorneys Firm won't listening to him. Ambulances chaser who don't work for the clients best interests their really only looking out for themselves, next move is contact the news to see if the can get him some help with his Attorneys!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Fake lawyer hidden fees when it’s time to payout unprofessional, unreliable, extremely lack of communication. Also if you have someone doing Home care for you they’ll rip the both of you off. Out of 3 years of my case being open not to mention I was assigned a different lawyer almost every time I reached out to receive an update regarding my case although I never received a response or was given the run around multiple times it was always someone new. They gave my care giver $100 out of 3 years of caring for me after an auto accident. Don’t waist your time with this law firm you will be extremely confused and disappointed with yourself when it’s all over. I took the settlement because the headache of dealing with them was far more worse than the accident itself.

If I could give this firm 0 Stars I would. These people do not genuinely care for the people they work for. I had a case with these people. We established what I needed from the start, since I am unable to work any longer for the rest of my life, I feel like I was completely let down, They do not try to get the best for you, they don't fight for your right. I was left completely disabled from an irresponsible commercial driver who crashed into me, and I basically got nothing back from this. I am disabled, Unable to work and now will not be able to maintain enough income for the rest of my life. They got their spare dollar. I have every right to receive what I deserve, including paid medical bills for life! this is what was established from the beginning, and now I am not going to even get that, Which means whatever I have going on with the injuries that this accident caused I will not be covered for if the medical insurance doesn't cover. People I made a mistake picking this firm to handle my case, Please don't do the same for you. READ REVIEWS, call around, speak to attorneys who actually care, who will return your calls, who will communicate with you often. This is by far the worst thing, disabled, unable to work and now I will live in debt from medical bills.
