I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Krasutsky and Hervey. For the moment I walked in the door everyone in the office had a professional attitude. I was greeted by courteous staff and given the information I needed for my case. All of the lawyers are very knowledgeable and ansewered basically every question I had and then some.

alright I won't talk about the attorney whom I hired because that's another story, however I promised them to write a review about their office assistant since I never got an apology about what happened. I called the office to tell them I was coming to bring in the final agreement to get filed with the court ,on my way to the office I received a call from their assistant asking about the time I would take me to get there, I told her  my GPS says 8min and I would probably make it in 5 min, then she replied "You said you were coming half an hour ago". I honestly was so distracted by driving and asked her to be patient! As I walked in the office I opened the door that I thought would close by itself( just like everywhere else) I asked her to make me a copy of the agreement to keep it for my record, she looked me straight in the eyes and yelled: before I do that go and shut that door! I was extremely confused and had no idea what was going on, I said : I am actually heading out right now and it's not my job to shut the door now that you're being rude, then she SCREAMED at me :" IT'S NOT MY JOB EITHER, AND IT'S NOT MY JOB TO MAKE YOU A COPY OF YOUR F###G AGREEMENT" , the female attorney was in her office and heard her screaming, she came to the front desk and apologized, as I was telling her how unprofessional their assistant was, she started telling her that I'm inconsiderate I came right before her lunch break, I think the world revolves around me... I honestly was speechless and asked for an apology from her, her employer then said she can't ask her to apologize , it's HER DECISION , I told her that was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional, then the angry assistant had to run her mouth again and YELL : NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR OPINION ,I'M NOT ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES! the worst experience EVER , save your time and money and stay away from this firm, I will share my experience with the terrible legal services soon! stay tuned !! ps. DON'T LET THE FAKE REVIEWS FOOL YOU, THEY WERE ADDED SAME DAY THE INCIDENT HAPPENED AFTER I INFORMED THEM THAT I WOULD LEAVE NEG REVIEWS LOL, NICE TRY
