When it comes to finding a bankruptcy attorney, I have two words for you: ELIZA REYES!! Eliza is an absolutely incredible attorney. She's extremely intelligent and trustworthy. She doesn't sugar coat anything which saves you time and money. She is the ONLY attorney I trust to handle my financial affairs!!
Easily the worst mistake one can make to retain these clowns. GEORGE STROTHER (the FOURTH!) fell asleep on me FOUR times while I was speaking and did NOTHING but charge me even when he was sleeping while in his office. Feet up on the desk, hands behind his head and ASLEEP....and CHARGED me for his time. A complete,, lazy, abysmal display of a money grubbing incompetent lawyer. BEWARE!
Law Firm wanted 1k to even meet with an atty for a consult for bankruptcy. Atty Krekeler was extremely knowledgeable, however the whole experience afterwards was a nightmare. My 1k was eaten up by emails to and from atty kreklers' associates and nothing was actually filed or done for me. I was quoted that my banctrupcy would cost me $2500 all said and done by Atty Krekeler at my initial consult. I went to another banctrupcy atty that offered great affordable service, for a 3rd of the cost of these people. I dont recommend this office to anyone.
Initial consultation impressed me. Seemed to be knowledgeable, then after thousands of dollars and months we were horrified. David Kreckler never really worked with us, he seemed to pawn us off to a new Attorney, Craig, who was fairly useless. We wasted far too much money and time with this office and GOT NO RESULTS!. I DO NOT recommend!!
