Ks Power & Light CO.

My family owns a business downtown. With this being our livelyhood, we we're counting on a fruitful weekend at our restaurant during downtown days. Unfortunately, due to storms a power line is down across a driveway! It has been 1 and 1/2 days and it is STILL not repaired. People are walking under it and we STILL have NO power!

KCPL Co. has always been very helpful when I have used them!

Horrible customer service and they are trained to Lie!!!!! Getting my attorney involved! We double paid a bill in full and they held my money for credit instead of refunding me. I'm pissdd

Great utility company and very attentive to the customer. Kcpl is always respectable in my books and I'm always grateful to do business with them.

All they care is about Money. I spoke to a supervisor because they stated that I lived at another address. I provided proof to show that I was not living at that address & I wanted to speak to a supervisor after a 30 minute discussion of getting absolutely no where. She was just extremely rude, spoke to me as if I was dumb. Also, had this I don't care tone.. Customer service is just horrible absolutely rubbish..
