We live out of state and hired Neil for a custody case in Virginia. Neil has done a great job and we will hire him again if we ever need to. Thank you Neil for all of your help! We were granted more than what we started out with. This has been a process and I truly appreciate your help. I would advise anyone to hire Neil because he's a phenomenal attorney.
Great service and great results. Rosenstock is well respected and more than qualified to handle any case that may come at him. So that was a huge plus off the get go, plus it was quick and least painful of a process possible.
Horrible.. i paid upfront. And was told my case should be finished in 6 weeks. I waited for weeks to hear something. I called left messages and emails. I was never notified of any status. 3 months go by and nothing. I notified them i would like my retainer back. He never even started my case. Worst lawyer ive ever been involved with.
The firm appears to be ok when handling matters. However, they charge HIGH PRICES for everything they assist with. If you have several different attorney needs, they will charge full price for all services & THEY don't discount services. They will try to get out to get as much money as they can out of desperate customers. They will get their money on fees, but fight very little for the customer to get there money. Also, they rarely follow up with you. For them to be a law firm in business for many years, you have to reach out to them for updates. I've paid them for services & they don't reach out unless I contact them first. At times they act as though they are on the other parties side. They are also last minute on getting information right before legal Proceedings take place. I've had other attorneys in the past are on top of their cases. I may not return as a repeat Customer or recommend family and friends to come here for legal services in the future. Do your research before hiring this attorney!
Neil is a liar and claims to know the law but doesn't! He told my family that the two years statute of limitation was put on hold while we pursued other areas of our case, I.e. Obtaining the police report to file a wrongful death claim and that is not true He also took $1200.00 of our money to misrepresent us no thanks to this circus
