Actually seen the lawyer 3 times, first time of meeting, second time right before court hearing, and day of court. I thought they were on my daughter's side yet she lost 4 yrs of back pay that she had to suffer through having multiple brain surgeries. I did all the running around gathering all the paperwork, evidence and at home taking care of her needs. Now after they were paid their 25% for just being seen in court they are trying to sue my daughter with autism for what they call administration fees. When as I said I provided all the paperwork. My advice do Not go to these people they are not on your side.

The worse law office to deal with!!! I've had a motorcycle accident of 2014 which I have barely use of my hands. At first I thought this company would be a good one to start with "first impressions" from the month I started with them I didn't hear or receive any update with what is transpiring. I received more info filing disability on my own that actually getting what I needed with them done. Zero communication from them unless I physically drive 3 1/2 hrs. there myself! So yes agitation does not even begin to describe how I'm feeling. My thing is if you can't handle the case or don't want it then say so so I can pay someone to handle it and provide me with updates. I've sent emails even providing my phone number via email as well as over the phone with there rude Secretary. You never can be called back within timely fashion if at all. Too much time wasted with very very little results. Did most of the leg work before even dealing with them and still there stagnate on what to do next....have documentation and time stamps on everything to prove it! Even missed a hearing date that they never informed me of even though they had my address, phone number as well as email to communicate that info to me. At the end of the day your better of going somewhere else where even if there are a ton of clients you'll feel as if your the only one and there working within your actual best interest.

These unscrupulous attorneys dropped my husbands case a few days before his trial with a disability judge. He had to get a new attorney who requested records and when they were sent there were nothing, as in not one single bit of work done on his case. The new attorney was able to help us but had to split the fee. My husband recently received a bill from these thieves for more money and when I asked for an itemized list of charges they reduced the bill but sent no list. Try any other attorney in the yellow pages these ones are crooks.

I tried by myself two times and failed. If you are honest with them, make sure to have enough medical evidence, and learn how to be patient, they will work as hard as they can for you. I appreciate them all very much and I would highly recommend them. I got a very favorable bench decision from the judge.
