This was the worst experience to deal with, on top of our Mom passing away! This attorney was useless and rude with how things were handled. Unfortunately he did our parents trust years ago. He had paperwork that was lost and told us that’s all he had. And we knew he had to have the entire trust on file but ignored the fact that we needed certain documents that were missing from our parents file but knew he had them. Come to find out later, that we did find one very important document that he said he didn’t have, however we did have the copy but he never sent it to us which would have made things so much easier. My parents were long time clients of his and he did nothing at all to help us with this transition. NOTHING!! He didn’t even know the correct way to get a EIN to transfer the funds that we were trying to do. He was useless. He even told us he didn’t have paperwork that he actually had our mom sign in front of him, as he came to her residence to have her sign it. Then my sister actually went to his office and paid him. He literally said he didn’t have that paperwork as well. Please do yourselves and your family a huge favor!!! Do not use this attorney for anything, let alone a trust!!! It’s a shame that a trust attorney at a time in dire need, decides to be useless and cold hearted!!

They were excellent. Everything was very easy and they answered my questions. I would recommend them.
