Even though I only had a consultation and a already general idea of what my possible outcome was as grim as it seemed Bill was upfront and honest and told me exactly what I needed to hear and my options. No beating around the bush or false hopes.....I needed the hard truth...now I'm better equipped to make the decision I need to make and one that's gonna save me thousands potentially......bill has always been upfront for as long as I've heard him talk on the radio its not a gimmick and as for all these reviews on here about not returning phone calls......from the moment I reached out to Bill there was communication. His paralegals called me back twice....and emailed me .....called me 15 mins prior to the consult and when I reached bills voice-mail he Called back with 5 mins.....all these people probably don't understand they aren't his ONLY client and all 10hrs of his day aren't devoted to them.....THANK YOU Bill as always for being forthcoming and I'll be in touch when I'm ready to do what we need to do with my situation

We have had the privilege of working with Mr. Bill Jones for several years and I am so impressed with not only his knowledge of our legal system, but his professionalism and wisdom in depth and insight. We admire his thoughtfulness and sensitivity to delicate matters but his strength and courage to stand firm on matters that need a strong hand. We tend to be skeptical when it comes to the legal industry, but I can honestly say we trust Jones and would even refer him to our closest friends and family because who he is as a person. The Jones Law Firm is an absolute joke! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! I was going through a non contested divorce and hired Bill Jones to write up the divorce papers and file them in court. I was told the court date would be 3 months from when they filed. After 3 months of no communication, no court date, and multiple phone calls/emails I finally got ahold of the paralegal. They WILL NOT reply to emails and rarely answer the phone. I was repeatedly told the court date was delayed but they didn't have a new date. It took SIX months to get another court date. When the court date came, I was told they didn't know if I was going to get a hearing or not and they would call at 9 a.m. the morning of to let me know if they had a hearing or not. Of course they didn't bother calling me that day. I was told yet again that the court date had changed but they didn't have a specific date. After several more phone calls I finally got the paralegal to give me a third court date. And again the date was delayed, or so they said. They also informed me that the parental paperwork had to be re-signed because it's only good for 6 months. I hired another attorney after getting the run around for NINE MONTHS from The Jones Law Firm. The new attorney immediately looked at the court system and informed me that the Jones Law Firm NEVER even filed the paperwork. The Jones Law Firm completely took advantage of me, took my money, and ran. They aren't even accredited with the BBB. The new attorney recommended that I contact a malpractice attorney and sue the Jones Law Firm. At this point my non-contested divorce has turned into a contested one and is costing me thousands of dollars with no end in sight. DO NOT USE THE JONES LAW FIRM!! They are unbelievably unprofessional, dishonest, and shouldn't be practicing law.

My family and I have used the Jones Law Firm for over a decade now. I am always amazed at how “Lawyer Bill” makes us feel as though we are his only priority. He clearly has hundreds of clients and radio segments, but we have always received exceptional advise and representation from the Jones Law Firm - more times than not it is from Bill himself. Whether it is help with taxes, wills, help with estates during difficult times, parenting arrangements, etc...quick and professional service is always provided. He is always available. We absolutely could not be more impressed - more Memphians need to know about the voice they hear on the radio!
