Retained services for Custody/Child Support matters. My attorney was very communicative and seemed invested and supportive initially upon receiving the retainer. Once the retainer was used and monthly billing began, level of professionalism significantly decreased, work was passed to incompetent associate attorney who sends out documents to opposing counsel with errors. Responsiveness was nonexistent; I would have to call at a minimum 4-5 times, leave several messages and send emails, to receive any type of response. Bills were a joke. One time I received a bill and was told I owed nothing, shortly thereafter, I received an email saying it was an error and that I would hear from them the following week. That next week I received an invoice saying I owed $1K+. She shows up late to court, requests continuance after continuance in order to get more money out of you and then wants you to do all of the leg work getting documents (as a "cost savings"). Unprofessional in the court room and will scream at opposing counsel. I wouldn't recommend this attorney or this practice to even my worst enemy. I wish I could give a -5 and get a refund...such a waste of money!

I experienced the same thing as Jamie I would not under any circumstances use this place to represent me my credit card was overcharged twice she lied and said she refunded my money and never did kept continuing my case steady deducting from my retainer didn't show up for court had to contact the ARDC to investigate her in order to get my money back that she owed me she just kept sending me invoices saying I owed her money when she actually owed me don't waste your time or money I did all the work she did nothing but took my money
