I must say that Attorney Gloersen and her team did a fantastic job with my mom’s estate. We all thought that this would turn out to be a simple case as there was not much to the estate but a single homestead property. Brittany and her team quickly realized that things in other counties do not always have the same process. They went to action and quickly provided other unnecessary documents to get this case closed. It took persistence and constant follow-up with the other county’s courts to finalize the probate. I would recommend their services. They've walked, guided and advised me through the toughest time for my family. This team went above and beyond in sifting and sorting through a complicated Estate linked to complicated divorce settlement and three minor guardianship. This practice has gone downhill in recent years. After using this firm twice in past years I contacted then today with a simple request. I requested the price to do a Lady Bird deed and was told I had to pay a $150 fee for a consultation before I could be given a price. It's not a complicated thing. I found another firm who will do it at a reasonable price without the consultation fee. Consumers beware of this firm.
