Attempted to contact this law firm for weeks. The poor receptionist assured me that she did her best to get me a return call but never heard from anyone. They wouldn't even refer me to another law firm. And they had been recommended by a mutual friend! Don't waste your time.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible communication, progress was EXTREMELY SLOW. I was lied to just about every single day through the case and nothing was being done. It was just very bad customer service. I do not recommend whatsoever ESPECIALLY if you want things done professionally and in a timely matter!!
Russ Lapeer appears to be the type of Attorney that hides behind a receptionist. He is currently withholding a copy of a family trust from a beneficiary and possible executor, (wouldn't know because we have not seen it) and refuses to return a call to the person who has a right to have a copy. He has not returned one of several documented calls to his office. He and his staff has not responded to an email.
They responded the same day called me and told me where I needed to go.
