He provides a service that is more than affordable and is more than willing to work with you if you are needing some financial assistance. He makes certain to take the $150 fee for initial consultation right when you sit down. His website did not mention anything about the fact that he does not litigate cases (to my fault, it also doesn't state that he does either). I needed a litigator and he listened to my story and then, of course, stated he is not the lawyer for me because he does not practice the style of law that I needed. I did my due diligence reviewing the style of law he practiced per his website, and it seemed that he should have been a good fit. Just make certain to try to ask him some question prior to him taking $150 without any legal counsel.

Ted is compassionate and knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease, and clearly laid out what needed to be done with regards to my husband's estate.

Set a meeting with Ted to discuss my POA and my Will for my wife and I. Ted gave me a full list of things for me to consider doing to set my family up correctly going forward. We moved forward on several things. Kind and knowledgeable lawyer. Also referred me to another lawyer on a different matter.
