Don't treat new employees with respect. They don't train the new hires at all, and just use that as a way to have leverage over them. Instead of just keeping a person, training them, and giving them a raise over time, they triple their workload after about 6-9 months and use the lowering job performance from the over impossible tasking and fire them. Rinse and repeat for every legal assistant they've ever hired. Do not work here
