She was very friendly when I retained her in December 2020. I haven’t heard from her for 14 months. I have called and emailed her monthly with no result.

The process started out great, until a certain paralegal left the office, after which things quickly took a turn for the worse. All of our dealings thereafter were completely unprofessional with terribly slow response times; it was not out of the ordinary to wait two weeks or more for an email reply. If I did not reach out to the office and request updates myself, I was left completely in the dark. Several times, I requested copies of documenation via email to no avail. Upon calling the office and advising of who I was, I was put on hold and then told no one was in the office to speak with me. I eventually went online, located and paid for the documentation myself, just to be finished dealing with Mrs. Kilgore's office.

She is one of the most friendliest individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting!
