Do not hire a lawyer from this firm. Their incompetent and only take your money. They very rarely will return e-mails or correspond with their clients. Christopher Lance Malley did not return calls and is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever known. The firms billing department charges their clients for e-mails sent by client that they never followed up on. Their paralegal is extremely rude and only tells the client that "He is in court" with no return call or follow-up. Billed thousands of dollars for no work by the firm. Angela is a great attorney! I have been very happy with her. She is upfront and honest. She will tell you when something is just not worth the money fighting for and when it is. Very thorough with her work and research. Angela is very firm when it comes to the case she is defending. She always kept me in the loop and took time to explain everything and answer any questions. She and her paralegal work very well together and I really appreciate having them on my team. Both are very hard workers. I would recommend to anyone.

They took on my case and we won! Yay! It was a case where my pet insurance refused to pay my claim. They kept in regular contact with me. I always reached a live person when I called and no computer recordings. Since I found them online, I was skeptical, but they met with me for an hour for a free consultation. Their fees were exactly what they told me to expect, and I was not overcharged. Do I recommend them? I do! The only negative is the office is a little hard to find as the entrance is tucked away.
