Made the mistake of recommending this firm to a friend being harrassed on the job. Friends lawyer Mitch offered little resistance to company’s aggressive attorney and seemed intimidated. Negotiated to a $ amount and then at the last minute says btw ‘this will be paid out over time, with no interest’. Hello?! Have you heard of the ‘time value of money’ or even understand the definition of ‘severance’? People, you can do better.

I was referred to them. No help at all. The company I worked for did their own investigation after I reported a year of sexual harassment and racism.
