Liz was great. My ex and I have been divorced for 4 years, but recently we were unable to agree on something regarding our kids. So, first off, Liz agreed to see us with short notice. Then, she was able to quickly cut through the emotional baggage and get down to solving the actual problem. She went back and forth with us, trying to understand the problem from multiple angles, and then she came up with a simple, unique compromise we wouldn't have come up with on our own, which we were then able to agree on. Compromise is tough, but Liz is a wizard at figuring out the essential pieces of the equation and getting solutions on what's really important, at the end of the day. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend her.

Excellent mediator who has experience being an attorney, litigator for 25+ years. She really knew what the courts would do and thus provided unique insight into what was reasonable and what wasn't. Previous mediators I have used didn't have any experience and it was a disaster. We had the option of being in separate rooms which made the process easy. Easy process, highly recommended!
