At first, I was very pleased with the service I was receiving from Jeff. When time to negotiate with Mediation, is when the trouble started and ended. The first offer on the table was for a couple of thousand less than what I paid to retain him! Jeff looked at me and asked, "whatcha think?" Not once did he speak up in my behalf, he totally misrepresented me! He didn't make one settlement offer. When I suggested a price, which was extremely low, he told me no, they won't pay that, he didn't bother to ask them. He discouraged me from a jury trial. He showed me a document that was not part of the original contract, and he refused to give me a copy of it. It contained statements that were not true. He refused to answer my questions regarding that document. That made me believe he was on their side and there was no winning for me even if they had to use lies and shady information. Next thing I knew, he was ushering me by my elbow, out the door, case over with only a mere fraction of what I should have received. I believe I lost over a hundred thousand, dealing with him.
