Donna and her staff are professional with decades of experience. They understand the law and how family law cases are heard in the courts. I had an extremely complex custody case with dozens of health professionals, collateral contacts, and opinions floating around. There were so many accusations, crisis, and charges; and every one of them felt extremely important to me. My concerns were serious, and the innumerable quantity along with counter accusations overwhelmed the courts. Donna's office was able to sift through and make sense of things to help get things on track. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH DONNA SANTO. She did nothing but lay down the whole time. Talking and joking with the opposing counsel in court. I am a 100% disabled combat vet and she abused me DISABLED ABUSE. I didn't agree alot and I didn't understand she never explained anything to me and she took advantage of my disability.nI trusted her and could of gotten further without her. She didn't speak up for me once and I'm left with minimum visitation. STAY AWAYnI am now representing myself and making modifications. Now I'm learning his thing go, Donna had not Prepared me for mediation she did not go over the opposing counsel's response so when I went to mediation I was in complete shock. nDonna is cold and old. She just wants your money. Before you commit and ruin any hopes go see another attorney go get more free consultations before you go with her. She is a big mistake

Complete waste of money. Donna was present for the first court appearance she never argued anything. The 2nd time she sent her assistant. Both times my ex danced all over them with his lies. She should have also filed a substitution for a different judge which she didn't do either.
