Dear Jeff we've been happy overall with the Client Care program and have not yet taken full advantage of all the wonderful benefits. One issue we need to address is a review of our Asset Management. Since Mary retired, we have not had any reminders/assistance in updating our asset management spreadsheet. The last time was in 2022. This is a task that would be helpful for Elville and Associates to be more proactive. It would also be helpful for Client Care clients to receive quarterly their status /balance on the amount of attorney time available under the CCP. Thank you and Steve for all your support! Bill
