Our software house (from Poland) had a client who did not honor the contract and the dispute ended up in court. Ara was leading this case and we are very pleased with the outcome and the service his company provided. We especially appreciated his knowledge on dispute topics, thoughtfulness and on point recommendations. He is very responsive (even though we are several hours apart on different continents. ). He only took necessary steps - not reacting like a “typical hourly billing consulting company” - very honest and direct approach that we find especially compelling. ;-)

We interviewed a large number of attorneys for a very complicated case involving issues including shoring, real estate, easements, construction, etc. We hired a large, prominent law firm to represent us during the contract negotiations. Unfortunately, even though we thought we had an airtight contract, things did not work out and when we went back to the firm for assistance they told us that they don’t handle any form of litigation. We were forced to start interviewing new law firms. Throughout the course of our dispute we interviewed over a dozen different attorneys. They made all sorts of promises, but when you begin to talk about expertise and finding out what they could deliver, none of them could compare to Ara Jabagchourian. Ara remained extremely professional and diligent throughout the time it took us to reach a settlement. He represented us through multiple arbitration meetings, always trying to help us minimize the costs and encouraging us to look at different options; reminding us to consider the overall time that it was going to take to litigate. Any other attorney would have been glad to keep on billing us, running out both the clock and our money. I feel one hundred percent satisfied with our decision. If it wasn’t for Ara, we would’ve most likely gone a much more complicated route and the case would've dragged on for years. It’s not always about the money, it’s about the time, frustration and anger, value of life, etc. Ara not great attorney, but he is a family man as well who has those values and guides you in the right direction. You can feel confident that he truly has his clients best interest at heart.
