Ronald is the best lawyer when it comes to car accident. He is on time , very accurate with his words , super sweet and understanding , He will fight for all your rights and get the most that he can for your money. He will go out of his ways to get you back on your feet . If your struggling while the case is still pending He will take care of you. He is professional but yet caring and comforting at the same time.

I know Mr.Goldser rep me off ..It took him 5 years to settle my claim if not longer not only that my claim was settled for $50,000 I walked away with $15,000 and we never went to trial. He also was able to work off some medical bills which some of it was fabricated.. but then paid him self ..he is such a crook and very rude.... He takes advantage of a lot of ppl especially black and Hispanic who don't know their rights shame on you Mr. Goldszer that is not right you take advantage of hard working citizens.. not only that his secretary and office workers are very rude and they talk to you like you stupid it is best that you document every conversation and every appointment...and confirm some through email... I haven't had time, but I will be writing a letter to the Bar Association of California..on behalf of my case and Mr . Goldszer so that he doesn't do this to anyone else.... someone need to hold him accountable for his actions ....

If you are injured in any kind of accident, there is no need to call anyone else. Call Ron Goldszer immediately. I did and I could not possibly be more satisfied. While stopped at a red light, I was rear-ended by a moving truck. While the driver was clearly not paying attention to the road, he was not ready to admit fault. LAPD does not take police reports for accidents that don't damage city property, so it was a his word against mine scenario. Mr. Goldszer's first accomplishment was to convince the moving company's insurance company that their insured was at fault. He did so in a matter of 2 days. My car was in and out of the body shop in less than two weeks, completely paid for by the them. The next issue that needed immediate attention was the considerable pain I was in as a result of extensive soft tissue damage. I knew I needed treatment but I was very concerned about the cost of what I knew would be a lengthy process. This is where Ron Goldszer goes to work. He arranged treatment on "lien" for more than six months, leaving me without a worry concerning the payment of these sizable medical bills. In the end, Mr. Goldszer was able to not only convince the moving company's insurance company of their insured's gross negligence but also settled the issue very quickly. The settlement included payment in full for all physical therapy and full compensation for my pain and suffering... ALL WITHOUT LITIGATION. It would be in bad form to disclose the amount of the settlement, so I will simply call it 5 stars. I wouldn't wish this type of life event upon anybody, but if it happens to you, Ron Goldszer will make what is otherwise a very painful process... virtually painless.
