We have been involved with this office for the last 8 months. We just wanted to say that most of our interactions have been with Sylvia who has been a true professional. We have been in and out of the office and we can see how great of a job she does at multi-tasking. However, she has always responded to our questions as promptly as she can. Sylvia is always respectful and polite. Whenever we had questions or needed an update she does it with intelligence and patience; ensuring we understood what the current status is and what might come up. nWe have been in and visited many offices dealing with support staff personnel. Sylvia is one of the great ones. She takes pride in her work and is obviously dedicated and cares. We wish there was one of her in every office we have to deal with. We hope she is paid at the top of the scale for her position, because she would be a definite asset for any business.
