She prepared my uncontested divorce over ten years ago. I paid a retainer then to my surprise had to pay additional fees out of pocket which I understood were covered by the retainer. The billings showed a balance of unspent funds after the divorce paperwork was processed. When I called her office for clarification her staff was nasty and dismissive so I never got clarification on how I was billed and potential funds I should have been refunded. I had other things going on so I just resigned myself to being satisfied that (hopefully) my divorce was finalized and told others seeking representation to avoid her.

I agree with her bad reviews. Susan did me dirty by doing a ex-parte motion on me so I would miss my daughter's 8th grade graduation...The day before the graduation she filed an emergency order against me for the next day at 8:30am (that was the exact time of my daughter's graduation). Very unethical practices. Her client is facing multiple counts of contempt and her client wanted to vacation in Florida over being held accountable by the courts. So, their game was to make me miss the graduation to retaliate against me.

Susan gave everything she had in working for my children and I. Her efforts were amazing. I knew she had my best interest at heart. She was up front with her cost, but did all she could to present my case. She gave great suggestions and pushed me to improve as a father. Her office staff backed her up and was on top of things helping in my case. I highly recommend Susan Ralston and her staff

When i 1st met her i felt like i picked a great attorney against a vengeful wife n was very confident of having my sons back again. Her processing info with her staff was great. Problem was at court hearings my case wasnt important to her. She said to be in court 15 minutes to early to talk case. 1 time was 5 early,1 time at court time, 1 time 8.35 minutes 5 late. Each time my X and her attorney were there at least 20 before me. She discriminates against Medical marajuana. Spent 35,000 and she helped 20% but a 20 year younger attorney female dominated me. Was charged $675.00 to reorganize my files. I just dont know why they were disorganized? I felt with Ms Ralston i was a sure winner but got my butt kicked but she got me scraps. She didnt give me her effort cuz she was too busy. I really liked her and cant believe she didnt give her the best effort. My 2 sons n myself will suffer forever be damaged.Money, and more money is most important to her
