I waited weeks and weeks after my consultation to hear from them and they had already made their decision not to help me surprise surprise and they couldn't even call me to tell me that. Secondly I am a private caregiver I was given a bad check for over $1,000 by the family and the response I get is oh did I call the Florida bar that I call the police that I call the state attorney? Of course I did I'm no idiot. I understand a thousand dollars isn't a lot to some people but this has caused me much duress. I did not have my rent money, my mother who lives in New Jersey fell and was bleeding in her brain and I was unable to even go see her because of the situation. The woman who stiffed me is renting a house and a very affluent area. I went next door and I her landlord told me that she bounced a check on him too. It is absolutely unbelievable that police state attorney nobody nobody cares or will help me. I get the same answer I'm so sorry I wish you the best if you want civil you can take them to support. With what money? There is nobody I feel to protect the people or it's probably just me. The Florida bar has no pro bono lawyers and I have gone down every single Avenue. My problem is this it wasn't an accident that there was no funds in that account and I would think that law enforcement in some capacity would want to look her up and see if it is Habitual for her if she's been in jail, if she's been Baker acted. This has caused me extreme stress amongst other things. So thank you so much Morgan & Morgan for nothing and having no empathy for someone like me

Just curious why you have Soooooo many negative reviews... About to try M&M for malpractice.. is this really a wise and humane choice???

I called because our son died after surgery due to what we felt was negligence on the part of the surgeon delaying surgery. I called Morgan and Morgan in April 2017. They listened to my complaint but when they found out that my son had no dependents and that we his parents were 84 and 88 years of they immediately declined to take to the case. Their motto should be "For the Money." Call me anytime and I will be happy to let you know how we were treated,. Also I have spoken to other people who were treated the same way.
