They helped me tremendously. They gave me a payment plan and then I ended up not having to pay the estimated cost.

Wouldn't recommend for real estate transactions. I was referred by a Marketing Manager that I was working with. Their communication is horrible. I called and left a detailed message after going through not only an unprofessional and rude closing, but also where they didn't cut a check to me for an overpayment that I had made. Needless to say, after a month long of unresponsive emails and calls I was refunded the money, but not by this firm, which isn't right, so they will have a continuous issue over this unless they resolve it. I would recommend reading all of their reviews before moving forward with them.

BEWARE EVERYONE!! I wish I had looked into this attorney. Make sure you select your own attorney and do not go with the one your real estate agent suggests! James Curran is not the one to use as a Real Estate attorney. He is very unprofessional. He failed to represent my best interest. He lost my paperwork and important information related to my real estate property transfer. I felt he was pretty much a con-man looking out for his best interest. I wish I had done my research better.

I am never allowed to speak with anyone except a receptionist. They handled the settlement for us on two properties, it took them months and multiple phone calls and e-mails to send us the deeds. When we received the deeds, we filed them away. Now, I need to use the deeds, and I discover that one of the deeds was filed with the wrong address!! Seriously!! And now, I have been calling for a month, only speaking with the receptionist, and getting promises, promises, promises and still do not have the corrected deed. Not only have we not received the service that we paid for, but they continue to cost us in wasted time.
