Even after I paid 2,500 retainer for one hearing and and additional 1,000 was added right after again for one hearing. Mind you we lost and after having primary care of my child for 8/9 years with an absent father they claimed because my son had 9 unexcused absences was enough to grant my son's (again absent) father primary custody .
