About Law Firm
Our law office focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and other business transactions for both established and emerging companies, as well as individual investors. Services are rendered in a conscientious, cost-effective manner (generally via e-mail and telephone) with a scope of services tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Originally from the Midwest, our founder, Alejandro Ramirez, Esq., graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1999. Since then, he has practiced law with both international and boutique law firms and has provided counsel to local, regional, national and international clients with respect to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed-use real property.
