I have never been though any legal situations before. I was extremely taken back and nervous about the whole issue at hand. I utilized Alison Vawter at Vawter law in Macomb. All of the staff in her office are pleasant,helpful and understanding. Becky did an awesome job of keeping me informed of anything I needed to do and what to expect going forward. She was always in attendance with Alison so she was on top of everything as well. As for Alison. I can't say enough. First let me say she is honest . Our phone consultation didn't take as long as normal so she credited my account. She is knows her job well and works hard for her clients. She treated my entire family with the same respect and kindness. She and or Becky try to be as available as possible and always return calls. I hope I never have to have an attorney again but if I do it will be Vawter Law.

Alison did a great job with my fiancé's custody case. After a brutal multiple year long case she never failed at communicating with us about what was going on, letting us know next steps, and keeping realistic expectations. The case was high stress from the first court date all the way to the last and she held her ground and fought hard for what he needed.
