Our company hired Mr. Weinberg against a breach of contract suit with a customer $200k contract. customer signed contract and give us a check, after a week later customer hired another company doing his neighbor's house, started construction, their price cheaper than us. we believe we have a good case to win. Originally we agreed on contingency, he will only charge percentage of the winning. that is make us more confidence that we have a good reason to win the case. he filed the case with court and started the case, before the court day, he asked $5000, we can't back out, so we paid. On Sept 14, 2017 trail day, we emailed to the attorney handle our case. she didn't answer, called office, the Secretary said she is not working there anymore. they will have another attorney to call me later. the case has been going on in different court for last few years. I just don't feel confidence to have a new attorney to handle a few years going on case for the trial on Sept 14, 2017. Let's waiting for them call me back. Right now I just give them 2 stars. I will continue until the case close. forierbuilders

OMG BEWARE of this guy! I wish I could give 0 stars. READ the other reviews! They say the same bad things about Amos and I experienced some of that too! Totally botched my case with careless mistakes and questionable choices of venue, probably knowing that suing him for malpractice would be too expensive or difficult.Displays behavior that makes it obvious that Amos COULD NOT CARE LESS about you, the client. I chased this guy for years to get information. It was never the other way around. When one person complains about you it could be an isolated incident, but when 5 out of 8 complain as they did here, you know something is up and it makes me wonder about the 3 good reviews! Expect 3-5 word answers anytime you ask for an update. The worst attitude, worst bedside manner, worst nonchalant attitude when he wastes years of your life and you end up worse than you started. THIS is the type of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name. Eventually enough bad reviews will catch up with this guy. Don't say you weren't warned!!

Since may 4th 2017 we have paid $4725.00 towards resolving MCA fixed payment, I have had to contact Amos for any updates and progress of which there was little to none. Now I am being sued in florida and thier office didn’t even know. I will take my complaintes to the New York Bar, Better business bureau, consumer protection agency and post my complaint online as well.

One star rating is too high for Amos Weinberg, he is the reason why people hate lawyers. Files for judgement s without serving, This ambulance chaser should have his law license revoked. I'm filing a compliant with the AG.

Amos is just another reason why people hate lawyers. Legal extortion.
