Law Office Of Amy Huff Harris

Reviews

I am an attorney and for many years I've looked for the right attorney to refer divorce matters. I found Amy and she is perfect for my clients. Always sensible and respectful, but absolutely tough when you need to be tough. I love an attorney who doesn't look to make matters worse and tries to solve the problem rather than create it.
Terrible experience. Very slow to act. My problem was a very easy one and they haven't fixed it yet. The only thing that you will get on time from this office is the bill.
Retained this firm to assist me with some family matters. Worked with them for a total of two days. The attorney that came to represent me in court was not the same attorney I had retained and was an absolute disaster. I was embarrassed for her because she performed so poorly at the hearing. The judge mopped the floor with her and sent her packing. I called the firm and told them I would no longer need their services. At that point they told me they had burned though $4500 or my $5000 retainer in two days and would issue me a $500 refund.
Attorney Huff was extremely helpful on the telephone. She was able to provide a clear and concise explanation of how the process works - even before I hired her. I am compelled to write a review as my experience with this professional was just that - extremely professional.
I just call this office trying to do my homework and the lady who answer the phone was a very nasty person. I was just trying to ask about the paralegals, what they do? what is their background etc and I ask if I can walk in to show my credentials as student, but the lady answer me the following:"I don't feel confortable answering questions, I don't know who you are......You should contact a big firm.......Is it posible? I was very surprise. I understand time are going wild, but a least give student who are trying to becomes paralegals to know the ground they are going to be part of. A least be polite enough to give an appointment to let them walk in and know you firm, to know what are you doing? Who knows what can this end in, but acting as a paranoic will give people a really bad impression
