Hello World!!! Lori Quist is an awesome, professional and knowledgeable Attorney who is superb with her actions, thoughts and deeds. My Dad (93 years young) had a tenant who was very mean, rude, a liar, and a non-payer of her agreed monthly rental amount due. When my Dad and I shared the facts with Attorney Quist, she immediately educated, and instructed us as to what needed to be done. Attorney Quist did not mislead or misguide us, she also did not add, subtract or misinform us about our financial obligation that was due for her exemplary services offered and delivered. Lori is very professional and at the same time a nice person. She handled my eviction case very responsibly and helped all the way to the end. I did see reviews from both sides before going to her, but I decided to try because of recommendation from my other lawyer. Eviction is a very special area that not all lawyers can handle, it is always good to find someone have many experiences and focused. Eviction can be a painful process and I am so happy that Lori is there to help. My case was quite complicated and my tenant treated Lori very badly during those trials. But Lori was always there and helped me in patience and always smiles. She really cares! That makes things so much smoother and easier. During the process and even after, Lori has given me many suggestions and explained to me what each step means in detail, which is extremely helpful for people like me who knows very little about it. I really appreciated Lori‘s great help. I would recommend her to anyone with an eviction case. PS, I feel it is unfair to blame the lawyers when things didn’t go completely the way we wanted. We should be working with the lawyers together more collaboratively and be patient too.

BEWARE!!!!! I really wish I would’ve come here and read her reviews before I hired this attorney. She discouraged me from working with other attorneys saying that they don’t really represent landlords. She assured me and gave me a timeline to get things done and talked about how she knows all these judges. We had court Friday 7/22 and she didn’t attend. I didn’t even get a court date for like 3 months. Everything she assured me of during our initial consultation was pretty much all lies. Once you pay her she barely communicates and once you become frustrated and demand more in depth explanations of your case she withdraws and takes your money. This is unjust and unlawful for an attorney to do. In these hard times no one wants to just give away money…Please spare yourself & don’t use this attorney. It’s really disheartening what people who do the right thing have to go through.
