EVERY SINGLE PERSON at Francisco Martinez law firm are impeccable and top notch at what they do. From Mr. Martinez himself, right down to those valuable and integral people under his guidance making it all happen. Divorce is an unfortunate occurrence that can happen to the best of us. And if and when it does absolutely have to happen, after all other attempts at reconciliation have been exhausted, I for one can assure you that this is the professional, knowledgeable and solid team that you will want by your side. Of this there is no doubt. They will stand by your side and fight for you. They will fight for your rights as a person and as a parent too. My case happened to be a unique one for several reasons that aren’t pertinent to this review and were out of the law firm's hands and control. But what is pertinent to this review and to which I will elaborate on, is that my case took time; probably more than most. I must’ve called in to them at least a hundred times during the whole process to check in on progress and to collaborate on the negotiation process. Not one single time that I called in was I ever made to feel that I was being a bother, even when I myself felt that I was. Every single time that I called in I was attended to and reassured with the utmost of kindness and professionalism too. Mr. Martinez was one hundred percent at my disposal during the entirety of my process. And if he happened to not be able to be at the moment that I called in, I always without exception received a call back. I never once felt like “just another case” in a sea of cases, by Mr. Martinez or by his capable team. His assistant Willie, every single time that I showed up, went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered. And if for any reason he didn’t have an answer, He would promptly get with Mr. Martinez and provide me with what I needed to know. Not once did he leave me hanging. We actually became friends in the process and I’m grateful for that. Miss Janie, as I called her, Mr. Martínez’ secretary is on another level of kind and attentive. She’s the one that fielded most of my calls. I was expecting her to tell me not to call so much, but she never did! Lol.. She was amazing, and no less integral too than Mr. Martinez or Willie at putting it all together for me. She was and is a walking talking saint. Mr. Martinez is blessed and fortunate to have such an amazing team to back him up. Though he’s extremely good, the best in my opinion, it takes a team to make happen what they make happen. “The quarterback regardless of skill never wins a games on his own.” All in all, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience in hiring them for my needs. If I had to do it again (hopefully not) I would hire them again without any hesitation! Mr. Martínez and his team surpassed my expectations for my needs. They executed every move on my behalf with an integrity and professionalism that I will always be grateful for, to each one of them. What I walked away with in my divorce was more than I had hoped for. Mr. Martinez being a loving father himself 100% recognizes the importance of the children when considering divorce. In my case the aspect that most impressed me about him, was his heart. He has one, and it showed. I will never forget what all of you have done for me!
