Hi all, My name is Katherine and I am a first time home buyer. After calling my attorney time and time again she has expressed “I should save my breath”. Please take this review as a sign to save your money and energy by going elsewhere for legal counsel. This office only shows acts of greed and zero efforts in being fiduciary, ethical or accountable. Besides the fact my attorney has ignored my calls after accepting a retainer. She has not represented my interest with care. Stay away from Juliana Diaz, Esq.

I would not recommend... After purchasing our home my husband needed assistance with writing a letter to his enuity board to appeal a judgement. Sadly my husband kept calling & asking for assistance, we sent them over exactly what they asked which was information needed to write said letter, & were told that they'd call back to schedule an appointment to sit down & get it done! We kept calling to just be told that they were "busy & would call back" which they didn't! Or better yet no one would answer the phone... We do not understand why no one called back to help us knowing damn well we were going to pay for this! This is so unprofessional we literally gave up on trying to appeal the judgement knowing damn well we need the money for our house! Do not call them for anything! I rather recommend ANOTHER LAW OFFICE that actually works hard for their clients...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER. I PURCHASED A PROPERTY ON NOV2017 and just found out she didn't notified my town, so they could bill me for the utilities, she didn't even guided me through the whole process. I spoke with her once because I was upset of how she didn't guided me through the whole process as her client. The realtor who recommend me her are both TERRIBLE. They got paid for doing nothing in my favor. It was my first time purchasing a house. Thank God I now know better!!!!!!!!! I GIVE HER 0 stars, I have to give her 1 here but I GIVE HER 0!!
