November 3, 2018 I hired Brian A. Noble back into 2015, I did not know he wasn't a man of his word. After he took on my case I thought I was in good hands. I come to find out he was lying to me constantly. He told me he was going to take the plaintiffs deposition but never did nor did he do any kind of discovery. I had my evidence in order, which I shared with him that was in my Drop Box. Which I found out later he never reviewed nor printed. And that Mr. Noble filed my lawsuit 18 days late for the statue limitations on a Oral Verbal Agreement is two years. He dropped my case less than five months before my trial. Now I see why..... Mr. Noble said, he that he was getting a divorce and that his wife hired the same law - firm, that the plaintiff hired in which I was suing. Mr. Noble said, it would be a conflict of interest, I found out later he was never getting a divorce, another lie. I couldn't hire other attorneys because I had no deposition nor discovery and because Mr. Noble filed my lawsuit 18 days too late, this is what each attorney conveyed with me that I tried to hire. I had no choice, but to represent myself in court on July 10, 2018 and lost my case of $2 million. The plaintiffs attorney told me that I should sue Mr. Noble if this is the kind of attorney you want to hire beware.

I went to Brian Noble because I needed to change my business from a sole proprietor to an S-corp. He assured me this was a simple process and he would handle all the paperwork so everything would go smoothly. He also required $800 up front for this service. It’s almost a year later and to date he has presented me with nothing but a boilerplate CD which was only partially complete and those parts contained errors. He failed to follow up on getting the State and Federal paperwork in a timely fashion which looks like it is going to cost me around $5,000 in additional taxes (per my tax accountant), has misinformed me re tax requirements and deadlines, has charged me for sending in paperwork that he never sent, and when prodded re what he was planning to do to follow up on getting the paperwork he promised, kindly informed me that he was ever so busy with more important cases and quote “You have to understand, in my practice you are not exactly the squeaky wheel.” I have no problem with a lawyer being too busy to help me, but I have a BIG problem with him taking my money and then doing nothing for it. I consider his actions to be gross misrepresentation if not outright fraud. And since I had to pay both my bookkeepers to do the work he was supposed to do as well as paying thousands of extra dollars in unnecessary taxes thanks to his lack of integrity, I want my money back. If you are forced to hire him be prepared to monitor his work regularly and double check everything he does do every step of the way.
