Brian is thoughtful, attentive and very professional in conduct. I had the utmost confidence in his activity in my need for his services. His office staff made me feel welcome and their activities while I was there made me even more confident that my attorney needs would be handled with care, security and professionalism, plus it was light in atmosphere and fun to visit. It took a lot of weight off my shoulders to go to him.

Brian M Smith is an absolutely awful attorney. It took him a ridiculous amount of time to reasons to my many messages a week. I was in a custody/child support battle with my ex and didn't know the proceedures and what to do in many situations. He offered me advice, which I took as he told me. He then proceeded to talk to my ex and his lawyer negatively about me, which is not ethical. Brian pressured me into bargaining what was not in my or my child's best interest at the first lawyers meeting. I was attacked by an exes family member, my ex wasn't following the processes we agreed on, I was being name called and harassed daily by my ex. Brian proceeded to say my case was too time consuming and that I needed to find another lawyer after he told me we would have to meet with my ex and his lawyer again. He was completely unprofessional and did not represent me to his fullest ability. I would not recommend him to anyone!
