The staff is very friendly they make it a point to remember your name, they do ask a lot of questions that you may not understand why but after having to deal with ALOT of lawyers over the last several years, there are reasons for the questions. The staff tries to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Worst experience of my life. Extremely rude and asked many personal questions that were not relatable to the case whatsoever. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and walk out in the middle of consultation.
