My name is Nicholas J. Garzon and I work as a paralegal at another Law office in Queens, NY. The Attorney Bruno Bembi is one of the smartest attorneys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is an inspiration.

Extremely rude, the little secretary acts as if he’s doing clients a favor. No, you get paid to do a job so act like it’s your job, no one ever picks up the phone and if they do, they’re rude when answering questions. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Don’t you ever waste your time here. Like ever.

I am a US CITIZEN and i have 4 years trying to bring my mother to this beautiful country and this law office has done anything helpful for me its really bad because they don't answer the phone and don't want to provide me with a RECEIP NUMBER to call USCIS my self. they are a nightmare. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

No contestan las llamadas y tienen una actitud muy despectiva hacia los clientes. They rarely pick up the phone and treat customers poorly in the office. Almost like they're doing you a favor instead of providing a service that you are paying for. They get 2 stars because they were much better several years ago. ***UPDATE*** Estamos esperando que ellos se dignen de ir al basement para sacar los papeles necesarios para el trámite. Ya son 3 meses. We're waiting for them to go to the basement to lale out some documents they need to complete the paper work. It's been 3 months.

Office is very dysfunctional, the staff are unprofessional, they dress if so they are in a night club, one of the staff Jasmin had a strong smell of weed on her. I would leave this place a 0. Use your money elsewhere .
