Bryan kept us undated throughout the entire process, which ended up going to trial. Bryan did everything he could to avoid trial, however, the roofing contractor did not want to settle out of court. Bryan helped us deal with Cole's Flooring we used for remodeling and decided to withhold the final payment due to the countless quality issues. He consulted us throughout the process first, and then, when Cole's placed a mechanics lien on our property, he prevailed in 3 court cases to have the lien removed and the full attorney cost itemized and reimbursed. He also consulted us in the additional small claims court case with Cole's in which we also prevailed. The whole process, from the beginning of the remodeling to the full refund of the money, took almost 3 years, with about 2 years of the legal process, but we feel we won with him several times over.
