We felt he was dishonest, unethical, extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and breached his own contract. Our first two appointments with Vogel he "forgot" that he had these appointments with us. He took phone calls during our meetings, I handed him paperwork which he threw in the trash and when we were discussing the paper he had to dig it out of the trash. I requested him NOT to hand over documents or give information to opposing council and he did it anyway. I had to explain our case to him several times, even though I gave him everything in writing. He took this case on a contingency basis and stated we didn't have to pay anything yet ended up asking us for money. He appeared to be very unqualified in our case. We fired him.

I could not recommend a better lawyer. David Vogel represented me and produced better results than I thought were possible for my situation. I had some people out to get me They were willing to say and do anything to damage me. David stood tall and the result could not have been better.
