Mr. Porter is the absolute truth. My fiance had been trying to get divorced for two years. He went through 2 incompetent lawyers before we were referred to Mr. Porter. Unfortunately I have had more attorneys than I can count. I’m a single mom of four daughters and it seems I am constantly being harassed or taken to court by their father. I have had several attorneys over the years and I can vouch that all the attorneys I have had, that Mark Porter exceeds expectations. He is very prompt, always available, goes above and beyond. You never have to speak to several legal assistants that have no clue what is going on. Going through court and custody hearings is a very stressful matter alone, and having Mr. Porter as your representation will ease as he is laid back and calms you as well as he knows the system. He has a heart of gold and truly fights for his clients best interest. Plus he makes you laugh constantly with all his jokes, to make lite of situations. I know a lot of us don’t care for attorneys and have a certain perception, but he changes the view I have had on legal representation, and I am confident he will do the same for you!

Incompetent. He made little to no effort to adequately advise or protect his client or her possessions. He failed to acknowledge domestic violence as the primary issue and did not file or proceed as he should have in a volatile domestic violence situation, requiring the hiring of a second attorney. Basically he sat around and smiled and hobnobbed with opposing counsel, further invalidating the seriousness of the situation. If you are female avoid him.
