I would give her a zero if I could. The way she treats her tenants, is terrible to say the least. I wouldn't NOT recommend her as a lawyer OR landlord. I have pictures of the place when I moved in vs out. No damage was done! She neglected to address the mold in the unit until last minute and then put the issue on her tenants instead of offering proper compensation for the days we were displaced from our home. She doesn't return any deposits and can be taken to court for all of the unlawful things she does against her tenants and going against the lease. She gets away with this behavior time and time again, just ask her previous tenants. The lesson I can give to anybody renting from a landlord, is to ask them questions too! Get a feel of your landlord before you sign a lease. I have never had any issues with renting in the past, until I came across her. She's a criminal who takes advantage of poor people living in Lake Worth. Lesson learned

What started out as a seemingly positive business venture with Camella Coone, ended in flames at the expense of my husband & I. We hired Ms. Coone's firm to serve as our title company, and as a result were literally out of house and home for three whole days. Our calls were left unanswered, our pleadings ignored, and negated promises of waived fees lead to money stolen out of our pockets. Doing research, in hindsight, revealed that Camella Coone (formerly Camella Lynn Manion) has recently been reprimanded by The Florida Supreme Court for similar unethical practices. This review serves as a warning to those contemplating hiring this woman... a warning that we weren't so lucky to receive. We were completely taken advantage of and downright conned into having this firm handle our transaction. Buying/selling a home is stressful as is; please take your business elsewhere and save yourself the additional mental & emotional strain.
