I see a lot of bad reviews over Jose Hernandez’s attitude or whatever you want to call it. The fact is I had hired Carlos Cruz from another firm , they dragged their feet and gave you all kinds of false hope. Several years pass and a lot of money and my case seemed to go nowhere. I had called around and spoke to many firms and I was recommend to law offices of Jose… we came in and sat down. What I liked about this place, they will tell you straight up if you have a chance or not. They won’t take your case and give you false hope if they feel like they can’t help you. He definitely helped me. I see a good amount of bad reviews over their attitude, this isn’t McDonalds. It’s a law firm. They have a ton of clients and so swamped. I definitely recommend this place. These guys and gals changed my life, literally. Update: Both my parents began looking around for an immigration attorney that could possibly help them out now, almost every immigration attorney told them they would have to leave the country for a couple years and pay a pardon fee. Finally my parents came and spoke to Jose Alfredo Hernandez and were hesitant to pay to consultation fee. Literally one year after that visit my parents have now received their green card. They didn’t have to pay a pardon or leave the country because of a loop hole attorney Jose found. These people have changed our lives!

Attorney Hernandez and his team were amazing with my husband case he had many charges against him even a deportation he was able to clear everything. He was great thanks to him and his office my family is able to be together again. We recommend his office!! Arcos Family!!

Jose, the lawyer, is very good at doing his job. Three of my relatives, including me, have arranged our immigration status with him. As a professional, he is excellent. The only thing that is terrible is his team, starting with his receptionist, Isabela, who knows nothing about customer service. customer and always has a very bad attitude and secondly his manager Zulma who is very rude and also leaves much to be desired with his customer service.

A million stars is what I'd rate this firm if I could! Their kindness, experience & knowledge base is priceless. If you are ever in need of any type of Immigration/Criminal help, don't WASTE your time shopping around.......get it right the first time go see Jose! And if you do go wasting your time before you get a chance to see my REVIEW!! STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING and call Jose Alfredo's office and schedule a consultation he will tell you things STRAIGHT UP (He is very honest and wont waste his time or yours) You can Trust him and Zulma ????

Most HONEST, RESPONSIBLE, and DIRECT!!!! I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time and found him earlier! I had consulted many others and they all put my hopes down but NOT JOSE!!!! If I could give infinity amount of stars I would! The best experience I had was the judge himself said I had an amazing lawyer. Never would I in a million years choose someone else.
